Doha Port Re-Development Project
The Doha Old Port is pioneering in the State of Qatar, located in Doha. Due to the increasing number of tourists arriving on cruise ships, the Ministry of Transport and Communication took measures to facilitate the passengers' disembarkation process and entry procedures. It required deepening the existing channel and maneuvering area, as well as constructing the Mina Cut Basin.


Building Information Modeling (BIM) in Doha Port
The Doha Port Redevelopment Project exemplifies Qatar's commitment to sustainable urban development and technological integration. Through the strategic use of BIM, the project achieved enhanced collaboration among stakeholders, optimized construction processes, and laid the groundwork for efficient facility management.

Technical Details
Our team utilized Revit (2020 & 2022), AutoCAD, and Navisworks to deliver comprehensive BIM services at LOD 500. The project scope included CAD to BIM conversion, architectural modeling, and COBie data generation, ensuring that the completed models would support both construction and long-term facility management.
